Fear and Deceit
Confusion within a mind set and relationship.
With no intention to let you be
But every incentive to be untied and free.
In you, I see
why we were first drawn to be
Now, look at me, breaking away to follow some other breeze.
Oh how I wish I could skip this moment and freeze.
Grant me the ability to explore with a mind that is dormant.
I still care, and I cannot bare
With no guarantee, how can I dare?
Dare to move aside, and push you by.
I'm stuck here, in fear.
Afraid of kicking into second gear.
