Fate - Prelog

FIVE YEARS AGO:

Driving down a windy road for the ultimate party of their lives. Rosie; five-seven, red-head, and hazel eyes sitting in shot gun. Rick; six-two, blond, and baby blue eyes driving the Mustang. Sally; five-two, burnette, and green eyes sitting in the back with Kevin; five-eleven, brown eyes, and very muscular.
The car pulled over and stopped by a cemetery. Rick and Kevin got out and set the party equipment out; beer, blankets, etcera. Then the girls got out and headed for a hill.
"Sally, I hate cemeteries," Rosie whispered.
"Nothing bad will happen, it's just a little party."
"It's night, this cemetery is spooky, and we're sixteen! We're not suppose to have beer!" Rosie shouted.

"Now now girls. Don't argue. You can wake the dead," Rick said.
Rosie just started at Rick with disgust.
"Lets get this party started!" Kevin shouted.
Rick turned on the music and then beer cans started to open. Everyone started to get drunk, but Rosie stayed away.
"What's wrong? You haven't had any beers?" Kevin slurred.
"I hate beer," Rosie hissed.
"Everybody loves beer."
Rosie got up and walked away from Kevin. The skies are dark, the moon is out, and very cold. Then Rosie found a headstone that says Jared and Lori Night and beside that is Ian Night.

"Family?" Rosie muttered.
Screams pierced the silence. She quickly ran to the party and a bunch of dog-like creatures attacked her friends. Blood everywhere, no way to stop them.
"Oh my God!" Rosie screamed.
One of them looked up and started to chase her. Rosie is in full speed, dodging headstones then she tripped in front of the Night's headstones.
Rosie covered her eyes, "I'm dead!"
Suddenly strong fingers grabbed her arms and swung Rosie away from the creature. She opened her eyes to see a man with fluffy brown hair, magnificent light green eyes, and very handsome rescued her.

He attacked the creature and then the man's teeth extended and bit into it.
Rosie bit back a screech and the man got up.
"My bad, sorry," he softly said. "You shouldn't be here, it's werewolve's territory."
"Werewolves, you're a..."
"Vampire, yes. You're pretty smart staying away from that nasty alcohol, it's trash."
Rosie got up and started to walk away, but the man grabbed her.
"You cannot tell nobody about tonight, or else I will kill you. I have your scent, so I will find you."
Rosie's heart sped up again. This guy is definitely dangerous.
"So you're Rosie," he said.

"Yes," she slowly said.
"Rosie," he slowly said.
"Tate."
"Hmm. My name is Korey Night. That headstone there is my aunt and uncle, and that there is my first cousin. They died in a bad accident. Remember, don't tell anyone about this, or I'll find you and kill you."
"Alright," she quickly said.
"When you wake up, you'll be home," then she blacked out.
