Fate or Luck?

Was it luck or was it fate? That my mom never lets me get the mail, that on that one day she told me to get it. That I had received no word from him yet on that one day he had written me? Its amazing. someone my parents had hated, someone they tried so desperately to keep me from? How could he have known to write me on that one special day, so I would receive it? he couldn't have known. It had to have been fate. Or luck......
