Fate - Ch. 2

Rosie becomes in trouble again...
After fifteen minutes passed and Rosie finally got out of the bath tub. She tried to soak herself in hot water to make her feel better, but it didn't.
Drinking Korey's blood was disgusting. Rosie wanted to vomit after he left, but she couldn't.
Rosie quickly got dressed and noticed her wound is fading away.
"It's impossible," she muttered.
She walked downstairs, and went into the kitchen. Everything so spotless. Then she saw a piece of paper, folded on the table.
I'm so sorry I hurt you. I wanted you to be safe, not turning into a werewolf. I'll come visit you sometime soon.

Rosie crumbled up the note and threw it in the garbage can. Then she went to the sink, and stared out the window. The snow lightening up, perfect time to leave.
So Rosie left the kitchen, walked down the hallway until she got into her room. Finding the duffle bags, she threw bunches of clothes in. She grabbed her jacket and went straight out the door.
The garage is small, but it fit her black Crysler. She opened the back door, threw the duffle bags in, and got the garage door open.

The snow is still light and Rosie looked around, seeing no cars on the road. She went into the drivers seat, turned on the car, and pulled out of the garage. The snow crunched under the tires, making her worry abit, so she clicked her seatbelt on.
The road looked alright, the car isn't sliding anywhere, but Rosie don't know where she wants to go; family?
Ten minutes of driving, the snow got worse. Heavy snow came down by blankets, and Rosie couldn't see.
"What did I get myself into? It's too late to turn back," she muttered to herself and turned on the radio.

"This is Meteorologist June Dae. We are under Blizzard warning, so stay indoors and don't drive," the voice sternly said.
Rosie turned off the radio and heavily sighed, "why me! The world seems to hate me!"
The snow still came down heavy, and then something hit the roof. Sound of scraping metal and growls; Rosie started to panic.
She hit the brakes and the car started to swerve all over the road. The car spun out-of-control and hit the ditch.
Rosie looked around, seeing if the thing may come off the car, but the roof started to cave.
"Shit," she gasped and unhooked the seatbelt. Then she saw a bloody spot on her hand. "How did I do that?" Then she saw the side window crack a bit. "Must've hit my hand off the window."

The roof caved more, and then the car rocked. It rocked so hard that she hit her head off the window.
"What's going on?" she moaned and put a hand on her head, seeing no blood.
Rosie looked around, seeing snow; and suddenly an object moved. Her heart jumped and she tried to start her car up, but it wouldn't.
The creature jumped on the hood of the car and stared at her, baring its teeth. It's paws started to scrape at the windshield, then started to try to break the glass.
"Help me! Somebody please help me!" Rosie cried out.
The creature still tried to go through the windshield, but something odd, like comforting lurked around her heart, then a protective feeling.
"Please help me," she whispered.

A gun went off with a loud bang, and the creature fell off the car. Rosie crawled to the passenger seat and the creature started to turn into dirt. The snow started to crunch and Rosie looked out the window; Korey walking near her.
She should be panicking, but something felt different from earlier's encounter. He like anxious and scared, then he reached the car.
"Are you okay?"
Rosie stayed in the passenger seat and just stared at him.
"Please answer me, I need to make sure you're fine," he demanded.
She just stared at him, but she can feel that he's concerned about her.
That's absurb, I can't feel what he's feeling; or can I?
"I'm fine," Rosie muttered.

Korey let out a heavy breath of relief, then he slowly walked towards the creature. She unlocked the car doors and got out of the car.
"How did you kill it?" Rosie asked, staring at the decaying creature.
"Silver bullet. That is one way, fastest way to kill a werewolf," then he paused. "Why did you leave your house? You were safe there, nnow you entered werewolves territory and they can smell you out."
Rosie's temper started to rise, but she let it slide right off of her.
"Well, you're the one that scared the living hell out of me. You was going to rape me!" she shouted.
"I would do no such thing! Besides, you needed help with your wound."
"Whatever," she muttered and headed to her car.
Korey growled and grabbed her hand, "wait!" then he saw blood on her hand. "I thought you were fine."

"I am; let me go, I'm leaving," she yanked her hand.
"God dammit!" then he ripped his shirt and wrapped her hand up. "I need to take you far away from here, the werewolves..." then Korey looked towards the woods. "They're coming. You need to come with me."
"No! I'm going to leave, by myself."
"Are you going to run, remember, werewolves are much, much faster than humans. You're car won't start, so do you have any more choices!" he growled.
"Just leave me alone, you should've let me die five years ago," she sobbed.
Korey grabbed her hand and started to run. He can hear the 'wolves howl, getting Rosie's scent.
"What are you doing?" she whined.
"Saving your life."

"Yeah, then you hang it over my head, and then force me to drink your blood," she tried to imitate Korey's voice.
Korey started to run harder, making sure they're far enough away from the 'wolves.
"The only reason I saved your life five years ago was because you seemed to be a very nice girl, and that I started to fall in love with you. I came to the cemetary to pay ,y respects to my family, and couldn't stand seeing you hurt. After that, I stayed in the shadows, watching over you."
Rosie's heart stopped, she never put his reason together. He loves me, but a vampire and human is like pretator and prey.
Korey stopped, "you seem tired, I'll carry you," then he picked Rosie up, and started to run again.
