Fate-Ch.8
Sorry for the long wait, moved into college, and getting ready for my new life!
The sun started to rise, and Korey stretched. Rosie softly snored and moved her head away from his neck.
Korey got off the bed and scavenged up his clothes, perferrably his jeans. He slid them on, and snugged a blanket around Rosie for warmth.
He slid out of the room and started to walk down the hall. If his memory serves correctly, the kitchen is down the hall and to the right.
The kitchen is huge, a ginormous fridgerator, loads of storage, the smell like home cooked meals, everything is like he remembered.
"Good morning Korey. Do you want coffee?" Erika asked.
"Yes, thanks."
Erika poured a mug full of coffee and handed it to Korey. He took a sip and coughed.
"What's the matter?" Erika strongly said.
"This stuff is strong. Thomas like it this way?"
"Yes, as long as he's happy with it. Eve was no trouble, right," Erika said.
"She was a perfect little angel. Eve loves Rosie, which is nice."
Erika sat down and sighed, "I'm glad Eve is getting along with some people. So Rosie, how did you meet her? She seems nice, responsible, and honest; someone that can surely help you."
Korey explained the night with Rosie and the werewolves in great detail, making Erika listen better.
"That poor girl. So she keeps getting attacked by those nasty creatures," Erika sympathized.
"Yes. I been saving her life the last five years, and it's worth it. We're actually getting close," Korey softly said.
"Just be careful with her, she's only human unlike you. Be sure if she wants something, don't regret it."
Korey looked down at his coffee and smirked.
Rosie came in thr room with an oversize shirt, which is Korey's and sat at the table.
"Want coffee, Rosie?" Erika asked.
"Yes, please," Rosie yawned. "Why are you two up so early?"
"Checking on Eve," Erika smiled.
"Remember, sight seeing," Korey soflty said.
"Aww, that's nice. I hope you two have fun," Erika said.
"We will. Come on, Rosie."
Korey swiflty got up and pulled Rosie away. They went down the hallway quickly and got to the bedroom.
"Hey! I still have coffee," Rosie muttered.
"If we go sight seeing now, then you get to see more."
"I don't have spare clothes..."
"While you slept, Erika let me snag her clothes for you until we buy new ones."
Rosie stared down at the clothes, "I can't wear them! They look tight," she moaned.
"Just get it on, I'll be waiting for you," Korey said, picking up his shirt and left.
She got the huge shirt off and tried to get in Erika's clothes, barely. It's like skin tight, and she exited the room.
"You look magnificant!"
"Thanks," Rosie muttered.
Lorey walked off with Rosie hand-to-hand.
