  • Crush the clove of garlic and combine it with salt.
  • In a bowl, mix the mustard, chopped herbs, and crushed garlic and mix thoroughly. Rub this mixture all over the salmon slices.
  • Place the salmon in the baking tray over the lemon and herbs, and allow it to bake until you find the salmon opaque or for 20 minutes.
  • Once done, carefully remove the baking tray out of the oven and place the salmon on a plate. Serve with lemon wedges for garnish. Discard the lemon and herbs in the baking tray. Enjoy!

  • Mix and cover allowing the vegetables to simmer until tender.
