Fashionably Late Chapter 5

Sorry I didn't post yesterday, I had tons of homework because I was out for a week from the flu. Please post more comments but to the people who have commented thank you I really appreciate it. Hope you like this chapter!

I woke up in the morning to the smell of bacon and fresh coffee. I had slept on the couch all night and was sore. I stretched my sore muscles and sat up to peer over the coach at Alec. His back was to me and he wasn't wearing a shirt so it was a good image to wake up to. I smiled at him making breakfast, he was the best cook in the world. Alec spun around and smiled at me when he caught me staring. "Good morning sleepy head. How did you sleep?" He asked me with a twinkle in his eyes.
"I had the best sleep ever. I think it had to do with who was with me." I replied smiling his sudden smile full of mischief.

"Really because mine was the best but I slept with a beautiful goddess from heaven itself." He replied walking over to the couch. I blushed at his complement but before I could make a remark he leaped onto the couch and pulled me against his chest while I struggled against his hold. "Oh no!" I said slowly. His hand tickled down to my stomach, he knew how ticklish I am. I started laughing so hard when started moving his fingers. I was almost in tears when he finally stopped. He lifted me over so I was lying on my stomach on his chest. "You are so beautiful when you laugh." He whispered into my ear.

His breath caressed my face and I shivered. My gaze averted to his mouth and before I knew it we were kissing and I was in heaven again. I moaned when his tongue entered my mouth but the fire alarm interrupted us. "Shoot." I said running into the kitchen and turning off the stove. Alec fanned out the smoke and opened the window. I held up a piece of perfectly burnt bacon. "I'm sorry I forgot about the food." Alec told me holding a piece too.
"Don't worry I wasn't that hungry anyway." I replied. "So what are we going to do all day?"
"I don't know how about we see a movie tonight? I heard that at the park there showing one of those old fashion movies." Alec suggested.
"Sounds great."

I was wearing a summer dress and sandals while I left my hair down and wore no makeup. Alec and I were about to leave in any second so I rushed downstairs to find Alec in some jeans and a regular t-shirt but he was still breathtaking. "You look amazing." Alec told me when I walked over by his side.
"Thank you." I replied.
"Ready?"
"Ready as I'll ever be."
We found a perfect spot to set our blanket under a oak tree on top of the hill with a perfect view of the movie screen and all the other couples. Alec held me against my chest and whispered jokes into my ear making me laugh so loud a couple in front of us shushed me. It was the perfect night and nothing could go wrong. To bad I didn't know it wouldn't last.
