Many times, we wonder about where do I put what colors, and when? So I'm going to tell you some basic, everyday techniques that you can follow for work or school. These tips are basic outlines for perfect eye makeup application. Use a cream color base eyeshadow on the entire eyelid which is easily available in most makeup lines. With your ring finger, dab some of the base on, this will help the eyeshadow to stick and won't leave any wrinkles underneath your eyes. It also keeps the color on longer and it's crease resistant. There are many different colors found in the cream base eyeshadow like yellow-golden, pink, white, or beige. Match with your skin type and/or makeup line you feel comfortable with. Now that we have the base cream eyeshadow on, why not take a look at some easy tips and tricks to apply the right colors for four different eye colors.

Eyeshadow for Brown Eyes

Brown eyes are versatile and compliment almost all eyeshadow colors. My top color picks of eyeshadow for brown eyes would be cool blues, bronzes, ice-greens, pretty pinks, smokey-black, and warm champagnes. Choose 3 different colors for your eyeshadow makeup from the same color family. This means that you choose the lightest color for the eyelid (shimmery bronze), one shade darker on the crease (dark brown), and a highlighter on the underbrow (shimmery neutral). One of the major eyeshadow for brown eyes is to use black or dark brown eyeliner. This will bring out the beautiful brown eyes and make people notice you. Whenever you apply 3 different colors of eyeshadows on, make sure you blend them together to accentuate the eyes.

Eyeshadow for Blue Eyes

Eyeshadow for Hazel Eyes
