Before applying eyeshadow, make sure that your face and eyes are properly cleaned. So, start by cleaning your face with a good quality face wash. Once you have done that, see that your eyebrows are properly shaped and there are no stray hair. If there are, then pull them out with a tweezer. Also, there is one eye make up technique that you should always remember when doing eyeshadow make up, and that is, the eyeliner and mascara are always applied after the eyeshadow has been put and never before.

Choosing the Right Eyeshadow Color

When you set out to buy eyeshadow make up kits for yourself, it is very important that you choose the one that has colors which will complement your eye color. The right and the most compatible eyeshadow colors for a woman with brown eyes are cool blues, greens, bronzes, pinks, blacks and maroons.
