Eyes That Lie

That guy that you know is going to hurt you, but you kept help but to love anyways.
They all say that he's a jerk.
I've seen the proove, I know, and still...
Trust is gained when he is near
But once he's gone, returns the fear.
Like a spell I trust his eyes,
Always listening to his lies.
He's so conceded, he's so contrite,
But something about him just feels right.
Confused by his many sides.
He's different from us,
I don't understand.
A puzzle he makes;
I'll figure him out.
