Eyes: How to Make Your Eyes Look Attractive and Remain Healthy?

Eyes are one of the most important organs of our body, it is important that we care for them enough so that these remain healthy, because eyes are irrepairable if any permanent damage has been done to them.
Today it is impossible to function without the computer, if you do not log on to the Internet and check out your email or the latest on your social forums, you would feel left out. When you are having so much fun with the computer and the Internet, do you know it is the eyes that face most torture.

Today, we are using and abusing our eyes more than we were say 20 years back, no wonder there are hardly any of us who have those bright, shiny and happy baby eyes. most of us have tired eyes, with dark circles around them because we are not refraining from the computer gazing or the television watching.

Most of the younger generation today is bespectacled because of constant peering at the computer screens either for knowledge or for fun, however in this process we are tiring out the eyes and we all seem to be developing certain aspects eye damage symptoms that were rarely there some years back.

• Whenever you switch off the lights or try to relax the eyes, your eyes start watering, this water is thicker than tears to touch, but clear.

• Your eyes have redness in the whites and you will feel like shutting your eyes.

1) Make sure you wash your eyes with cold water at least twice a day,
2) If your eyes feel tired after watching television or looking the computer screen make sure that you do apply ice to your eyes for at least 3-5 minutes, you will find surprisingly the burning sensation is gone. Though your eyes do feel tired as ever, you will feel that your eyes are more relaxed.
3) Give your eyes a rest, keep at least two days in a week when you do not touch the computer, this will give your damaged eyes time to repair themselves and it will make you a lot fresher too.
4) Whenever you are outdoors make sure you are protecting your eyes from harsh sunlight and strong winds, these too have the capacity of damaging your eyes.
5) Sleep to your complete requirement, this generally depends on person to person, some people need 8 hours sleep while others feel completely rested within 6 hours and some may need 10 hours of sleep, you will find dark circles around your eyes reduced and you and your eyes will feel fresh.
