Now, can you tell me what the big difference in price is? It's simple. It's the concentration level of the ingredients used.

Of course, these are expensive ingredients we are talking about. It's not easy importing ingredients with antioxidant rich properties such as the acai berry. It comes from the Amazon and if it was easy to obtain at a good price point, then some of the biggest makers of products with acai would not be struggling to get it in the country as they are right now. So, what you can take from this is that the higher price product will work better in effectiveness 99% of the time. Think about it, if one product has 1% of an ingredient that is a known wrinkle reducer, and another product has almost 12% of that same ingredient, you can do the math simply and see for yourself why there is such a variance in price. Of course this works for wrinkle creams and other anti-aging products as well.

If you know skin care products, you will know there is about 50% water in the product to begin with, plus you have about 20% more which is something that will get the products to hold together, and the leftover margin is what you have for your "special" ingredients. It's important that a marquee ingredient is prevalent in a good capacity for it to have the right effect on the skin.

Keep that in mind when you shop for eye serums, eye creams, and eye gels. It's not every day you can see such a big variance in price on products that have the same ingredients, but hopefully this article shed some light on why that is the case.
