  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • A dash of black pepper
  • 1 cup cider
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
Method of Preparation
Cut deep slits in the beef roast with a paring knife and push in a sliver of the garlic in each of the slits. The slits and garlic need to be evenly spaced on the eye of round roast.
