Eye Exercises for Myopia
Myopia is an eye defect in which a person is unable to see distant objects. Some eye exercises for myopia have proved themselves very beneficial to cure it and are very effective in improving eye sights. Let's check out some of these eye exercises to correct our vision naturally.

Healthy Eye Exercises
Natural way of curing something is always healthy and effective. Following are some of the eye exercises which are good for you eye and can be performed very easily.
- Warm up your palms and put them on your eyes gently. Do not put pressure on the eyes or rub it. Just put you palms resting on you eye bone and try to feel relaxed. Put the palms properly to avoid the entrance of light. Keep it for 10 minutes and then remove it. Daily repeat this exercise. It will make your eyes relaxed and stress free.
- Take a pen in hand. Focus on it, and try to change its position. Bring it near to your eyes and then again take it back to its previous position. Repeat the process daily and this will improve the focus flexibility and will give you good eye exercise.
- Rotate your eye balls. Start from the left side and then from the right side. Repeat it many times a day and do it daily.This will relieve you from strain and stress.
- Take a lamp and sit in front of it with your eyes closed. Check if the light is irritating and maintain a proper distance from the lamp. Then move your head slowly towards right side and wait for few minutes and then towards left side. Repeat the process for sometime. Try to do it daily. You can also try this exercise in front of early morning sun when the rays are not intense.
- There are many yoga exercises which are very good for improving eyesight. You can ask an expert for these exercises to get a proper technique.
- You should not stress your eyes. If you are facing any kind of stress or pain stop performing that exercise.
- Do not wear glasses or lenses while doing the exercise. This can harm your eyesight. Wear the glasses only when necessary.
- Best time to perform eye exercise to improve eyesight is early morning. So, try to complete it in the morning time.
- Make your eyes relax after every exercise.
- Perform every exercise slowly and softly.
