Experience and Salary is Different to Each Other
According to me, work experience and salary are completely different concern to each others. Some of the friends told that the salary depends as per experience which you had till date. For instance, if one who have 4 years experienced in one’s job, so the consideration is that one who will get more salary/package compare to 1/ 2 years experienced person. But some exceptions are given below.
Creativity/thought process/ ideas/imagination also affect. Your inner ideas are also important while negotiating with HR/Manager. They conceptualize your inner quality too.
Hard working is one of the most important reasons. While you discuss with HR/Manager of the new company, they can diagnose that you are hard working person or not. The point is that how Manager/ HR can diagnose that the candidate is hard worker or not. Partly it depends on the previous experience of HR/Manager. Leaves/ Absentee in your company also affects on your appraisal.
Qualification also affects on the salary which you get normally. If you have Bachelor Degree, sometimes the company considers on his/her package. Partly the point is that you can get more packages when you have Master Degree in stead of Bachelor.
One of the considerations is communication. The candidate should be a good communicator. Partially the candidate will be negotiated with HR/Manager well. On the opposite side is that the candidates have a lot of knowledge but lack of soft skills. This reason will affect on their salaries.
Attitude is one of the reasons that affects on the salary while negotiating. Means what exactly I want to say. Candidates have knowledge as well as experience but their attitude should be also match as per convenience. Honesty also matters. But it’s not strong point.
One of the reasons is that technical sound which affects on your salary. Technical sound means that the candidate would be comfortable on technology and its functionality. If you are very comfortable on technology, it helps to increase you salary.
Day to day interaction is one of the reasons of salary increment. If you are interacting with you manager daily, manager understood where are you exactly. It means that if your opinion/problem interacts daily with your project manager, manager understood your opinions/problems are valid or not. Manager also understands the capacity of that person. It helps on the eve of appraisal.
Management also helps to enhance your character at the global level. It means you should have idea of management e.g. dead line of the project, relation with colleges etc.
