Hold the position for a few seconds before you come back to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
Dead Lifts
This exercise can regularly be practiced at home or at the gym. It is a compound exercise, which works the back muscles as well as the hamstrings. Do not do this exercise if you suffer from back pain or have history of back pain. Stand straight with legs shoulder width apart. Bend the knees slightly and hold the dumbbells against your thighs. Slowly lower the dumbbells to ankle level ensuring you are using the lower back muscles. Your back should be straight and the weight should be lowered only as much as you are comfortable with. Hold the position and come back to the starting position and repeat this back exercise with dumbbells 10 to 12 times.
Single Arm Row
To do this back fat exercise for women and men, use a bench or a stair to step onto. Stand with the bench to your left side. Place the left leg on the bench, but keep the bent. Bend down onto the thigh of the left leg and suspend the right hand down. Keeping your elbow tucked lift the weight in the right hand to your waist height. Repeat this back exercise with free weights 10 to 12 times on both the sides.
Back Extension
We have all the back exercises with dumbbells for women and men, this is an exercise, which we will do without the weights. Lie down on your stomach and extend your arms in front of your head. Inhale and slowly lift your upper body and arms off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds before you release and repeat the exercise.
