Eva Mendes Rehabs
Actress Eva Mendes reportedly checked in the Cirque Lodge in Utah several weeks ago and is being treated for an undisclosed cause.

The Cirque Lodge is a facility that deals with substance abuse problems and gained fame when Lindsay Lohan was a patient at the facility last year. Mendes rep said in a statement Friday, "Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support. Out of respect for Eva’s privacy, we do not wish to discuss further details." It has not been revealed what Mendes is being treated for but she did state in an interview last year that she needed a drink to relax enough to do a sex scene with Joaquin Phoenix in their hit movie We Own the Night.
Mendes’ big break came when she starred opposite Denzel Washington in the movie Training Day in 2001. Since then she has appeared in numerous films including Hitch with Will Smith in 2005 and Ghost Rider with Nicolas Cage in 2007. She is also starring in a remake of The Women and stars alongside such big names as Meg Ryan, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Bette Midler, Annette Bening, and Debra Messing. She is also set to star in the thriller The Spirit which is set slated for release in 2009.
Mendes is also reportedly the new face of Calvin Klein Fragrances. The ad campaign is set to debut this fall. She was previously a spokesperson for Revlon. Her trip to rehab will reportedly have no effect on the ad campaign.
