Eucalyptus as a product by itself is a very healthy substance and provides a lot of herbal remedies. When combined in the form of a liquid, it becomes easier to ingest.

Eucalyptus tea helps to alleviate chest infections and in unclogging a blocked chest. It also helps to fight other ailments like common cold, cough, asthma, bronchitis and emphysema.

Recipes
Plain Tea
Ingredients
- Eucalyptus Leaves (2 - 3)
- Tea Bag - 2
- Honey
- Water
- Cut the eucalyptus leaves into bits. This will release the aroma better.
- Or you could simply let them be.
- Use about a cup of water, add the leaves and 1 - 2 bags of tea (depending on how strong you want the tea to taste) and boil it.
- After it starts boiling, lower the flame and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Take it down from the stove and let it sit for 30 minutes. This will allow the aroma to seep in better.
- You could remove the tea bags if you do not wish the tea to be strong.
- After 30 minutes, reheat the tea, add a little honey to enhance the taste (optional) and there you go! A perfect cup of eucalyptus tea.
Ingredients
- Dried Eucalyptus Leaves (½ ounce)
- Dried Peppermint Leaves (½ ounce)
- Dried Chamomile Leaves (½ ounce)
- Water
- Make a mixture of the three types of leaves.
- Add one tbs of this mixture to water along with one tea bag and let the water boil.
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain and drink.
