Ethan Hawke to Become a Father Again

Hawke, 37, met Shawhughes, 28, when she was a nanny to his children while he was still married to actress Uma Thurman. After he and Thurman split he reportedly hooked up with Shawhughes. Hawke’s rep Mara Buxbaum confirmed the pregnancy news and saying, "I can confirm and they are thrilled." She added, "No further details will be made available." No word yet on when the little bundle of joy is set to make his or her debut.

Hawke and Thurman, 37, were married in May 1998 after meeting on the set of Gattaca in 1997. The couple has two children together – Maya Ray, 9, and Levon Roan, 6. Hawke and Thurman split after five-years of marriage in 2003. It was rumored that Hawke was involved in an affair with Canadian model Jennifer Perzow at the time of the split. Hawke has denied that his affair was what caused the break-up of the marriage. He said in a 2004 interview, "The story of us breaking up over infidelity has been an annoying one. If our problems were that simple, we’d still be together. Uma and I were having troubles long before the press got a hold of us."

Their divorce was finalized in 2005 and the couple has since formed an "amicable" relationship for the sake of their children. Hawke and Thurman live down the street from one another in Manhattan and share custody of their children. Thurman has moved on herself and is reportedly involved with Arpad Busson, Elle MacPherson’s ex.
