Et Cetera
Somebody told me that I was a 'seeker'. Well, not the quidditch one, but a seeker in reality. You know, searching for the proverbial 'truth' and stuff. But then again, who isn't. Aren't we all waiting for the sky to fall. And aren't we trying to use the time we have on our hands until then. Here's one such foray. P.S. Continuity is missing. His parents are here. We are trying to get a description of the guy. (sic)
So as I was saying, I was deemed a 'seeker'. But how do you know, what you know is actually what no one knows and is the truth. You get my drift. Truth is variable. But this beautiful book I read, enlightened me on the fact that theft is the only sin. Lying is just a variant of stealing, and that is stealing a person's right to the truth. This does seem pretty hard-hitting. Pretty well articulated I must say. There is a point in everyones life when they just stop and think. Enough of the philosophical, enough of the self pity and enough of the excuses. I, by the way, have yet to encounter such a point in life. Because when you finally realize it, philosophy may sound nice, but you can't make two square meals out of it. Self pity makes you weak, and self pity is just another excuse to justify a loss.
I believe in God, irrespective of what you or anyone else might feel about the same. I say a prayer when I leave my house, a prayer when I turn the key in my bike, a prayer when I switch my computer on, and yet another prayer to thank God for my lunch. It's hard to understand how there can't be a higher power up there. This world has too many coincidences and miracles of love and faith, to justify the other side of the story. Okay now, maybe even I might be bitten by the philosophical bug. But like I said, I might just be a seeker. Just like everyone else. But I do have my limitations. Like the low levels of enthusiasm and careful disregard of criticism. Now that I am drifting away from the point, and am blissfully unaware of the confusion I've created. I might as well stop. Whassat now?! I hear a fat lady. And she's singing.
Thanks for reading and my sincere apologies for the abrupt beginning and ending of ideas.
