Eskimo Kiss

Ever wondered what an Eskimo kiss means? Read this article and find out more...
Giving a peck on a cheek, a lip kiss, a French kiss - you might have kissed your partner or a loved one in many different ways. But nothing can replace the purity and sweetness of an Eskimo kiss!

An Eskimo kiss involves pressing or rubbing the nose and the upper lip against your nose, gently and sweetly. It also involves rubbing each other's noses gently as an expression of immense affection. An Eskimo kiss does not involve touching each other's lips, rather there is no role of your lips at all. Eskimo kissing in the modern western culture is based on a traditional Eskimo greeting known as kunik. A kunik is similar to an Eskimo kiss, only that, it involves pressing your loved one's nose and upper lip against your skin, usually on cheeks or forehead, followed by breathing in, that would cause your loved one's skin to get sucked sweetly. It also involves a common misunderstanding, that the Inuit could kiss without their mouths getting frozen together. It is actually a non-erotic and non-sexual form of greeting your loved one and it proves to be an intimate way of expressing affection and love to your loved one, when you meet him/her.

How to Eskimo Kiss
  • Put your arms around your loved one or someone you wish to Eskimo kiss and grab them sweetly.
  • Go closer and closer so that your face gets close to his/her face. You might have to pull them down or bend over closer to you depending on your and his/her height.
  • You will have to be in a eye to eye and nose to nose position with him/her.
  • Make sure you are gentle on him/her while doing this, so as to achieve the desired feeling of an Eskimo kiss and leave the receiver with immense joy inside their heart.
  • Now, place the left edge of your nose's tip on his/her left edge of the nose's tip. Rub it gently.
  • Go back and forth sweetly and slowly like butterfly's wings.
  • Having done that, you should pull back and smile at your loved one. A sweet hug in return is guaranteed
