A Cleanser
Mix together 1/2 tablespoons of Epsom salt to your daily cleansing cream. Massage it to your face and the area that has acne. After you have massaged your face with this mixture, wash your face with cold water and pat dry.

Soak Yourself
This is a very simple method that might help you to get rid of acne. Dissolve about 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt in a cup of water. Dip cotton into it and place it on the area having acne. Keep this for 15 to 20 minutes, and then rinse off your face. You can also add some Epsom salt to your bathtub and relax there for some time. This will not only reduce acne, but also benefit your health in many other ways.

Exfoliate
The way we used this salt mixing with a cleanser, we can also use it as a massage cream. Add a tablespoon of Epsom salt to your massage cream, mix well, and massage your skin gently with this.

Mask it!
This mask might also help you get rid of the acne. All you have to do is, in a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cognac, 1 tablespoon of dry milk, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice and half tablespoon of Epsom salt. Mix well and apply it on your face. Keep this mark till it's dry. Let the mask dry naturally. Rinse off with cold water.

Scrub!
Add a tablespoon of Epsom salt to oatmeal and use this to scrub the areas that are affected by acne. Wash your face thoroughly and apply moisturizer after patting your face dry.

Smooth Skin
Wet your skin and start massaging with a handful of Epsom salt from your feet to your face. Add 2 more cups of it into your bathtub with a few drops of essential oil. Lean back and just relax. Your skin will feel softer.

Detoxifying Bath
You will need 1 cup of Epsom salt, some sea salt and 2 tablespoons of bath oil. Pour all these in your hot bathtub while the tub is still filling up. Step into the tub and relax your senses. If you have some area of your back that might be affected with acne, epsom salt bath will also help treat it.
