EPC or Energy Performance Certificate clarified

The energy efficiency rating of a property (especially a building) is termed to be the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The energy efficiency rating is graphically represented on a scale of A to G; here, A stands for the maximum level of efficient energy performance and G resembles the minimum level of efficient energy performance.
