Enthusiasm is the will to live, to be caught by the beauty and endless capacity of life to innovate, always hoping for the better. Right but how to obtain it, where is the fountain of enthusiasm? W. Clement Stone gives a great answer to this question: "When you discover your mission, you will feel its demand. It will fill you with enthusiasm and a burning desire to get to work on it."
The early you discover your mission the better, because you’ll live life with chatchy enthusiasm. But how can you discover your mission? The most influential personality in the history of human kind is Jesus Christ; His enthusiasm for God is today still burning in His followers. That is due to His Holy Spirit and because He has all the power in Heaven and Earth, God gave it to Him.
His great mission for us is this: "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."
After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it." Mark 16:15-20
Do you see the enthusiasm source? God and God’s people are full of enthusiasm because they have all the reasons to be! This call for mission applies to all, to you as well! Enthusiasm for the only thing worth dying for – God and His truth.
