- Find a quiet location where you can spend the next half hour or so, undisturbed. The place needs to have a peaceful atmosphere because this is crucial to your healing

- When you are in your selected position, feel your body relaxing, starting from your head and down to your toes. Let any stiff or tense part of your body be in its natural restful state. When your body is completely relaxed, slowly close your eyes.
- Pay attention to your breathing. Inhale slowly, and exhale even more slowly. As you continue to do this, say a little thank-you to the universe for your healing.
- After a while, feel the healing powers of the universe working through you. Do this by visualizing the healing energies of the earth entering your body in every breath that you inhale. - Do this for 15 to 20 minutes or so. Keep focusing on the healing energies that is flowing through your body.
- Slowly open your eyes. Get up only when you are ready. Notice that your body feels so much more rested and lighter.
