Polarity therapy, developed by Randolph Stone is based on touch, verbal interaction, exercise, nutrition and other methods. This energy boosting therapy can be utilized to treat diseases like migraine, menopausal problems, digestive disorders, back pain and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT, is a psychotherapy which works like emotional acupuncture and helps in releasing the negative beliefs and emotions. As this energy healing is done by tapping the practitioner's fingerprints on patient's body, hence it is also known as EFT tapping therapy. This energy healing technique was created by Gary Craig, and is based on the same basis as acupuncture. EFT healing therapy is applied mainly to eliminate negative emotions such as depression, anxiety, phobias and addiction, eating disorders that break the harmony between the seven chakras.
Pranic healing techniques based on scanning, cleansing, strengthening and consequently restoring the energy of one’s body. This technique is effective for disorders such as menstrual distress, migraine, stomach disorder, anxiety, depression, stress, sleep disorder and early satiety.
Deep breathing techniques like yoga and meditations are also fruitful, and can help reduce health hazards like acid reflux disease, heart disease, diabetes, headache, depression, obesity etc.
