Embracing Death

This is about realizing the true meaning of Death...
Embracing Death
Death is always close by. It is almost like your shadow. You may be aware, you may not be aware, but it follows you from the first moment of your life to the very last moment. Death is a process just as life is a process, and they are almost together, just like two wheels of a bullock cart. Life cannot exist without death; neither can death exist without life.

Instead of avoiding it if we embrace death as a beauty and transformation of life all our fears and desires will go away. So don’t be uncomfortable while you are in a funeral place, be happy that you have been witnessing the true transformation of life and real truth of life.

Like we always become so happy during birth of a child but we forget as the child is born he is gradually starts going towards Death. This is transformation of life .Rest is just a small gap of our present life and activities which we get attached so much and feels that these will remain forever. We forget the truth, it is only when our close ones dies we for a moment think about they true meaning of life. Even the great Buddha went for seeking the truth after witnessing Death!!!

So don’t feel either sad or happy during one’s death just be witness of the transformation. Thus like you visit Disco, attend parties, social activities it is also necessary to visit funeral places sometimes so that you realize the truth of life. It makes you aware about the truth of life.

You will see that in all religions we find spiritual practitioners doing meditation in funeral ground like Tantra in Hinduism, why is it so? Because in that place we get the comfortable zone we realize the truth. We avoid talking about death because that is the universal truth of life. The more we realize the more we get freedom from the present attachments of worldly things. So be happy and be normal like you are visiting any other place.

Our minds always have a desire that we want only life and not death. We don’t look at the existential truth, we always cling to our own dream desire. Any desire that goes against nature is a dream . And this desire is in almost every living creature, not only human beings.

But If you are a little bit awake: you can sense the presence of death. Hence the possibility opens for a deeper understanding, that life and death are all together, two extremes of one energy. Life is the active force and death is the inactive force. Life is the positive electricity and death is the negative electricity, but they cannot be separated. So never avoid to face Death , or either Fear Death , instead welcome it to come to you.
