Eliminating the insecurities that many people have is to understand the minds of women.

Men find that women are not actually that different and this helps them to become more confident. However this is only after reading so much of the "mysteries" of women etc which is awfully confusing. Well I hope to dispel such a theory and instill a hope and confidence into the minds of men. You see we grow up with genders much apart and see each other as different and there is a stigmatism attached to the genders.

One of the biggest troubles that men have with women is that they are actually unable to communicate properly and instead come across as the silent type or insecure. However this is not actually how they are at all and this communication barrier that exists between the genders is the one barrier that if you cross women will be at your finger tips. You will have noticed that the guys who are truly good at dating are defiantly able to communicate with women very well. They have jumped the barrier ling ago.

Viewing women in a different way is the biggest step to overcoming this barrier that has been holding you back. If you could only dispel this feeling whenever you are near a beautiful women you could really see the potential that is inside you. This feeling I believe comes from a young age, you may not have been subjected or forced to talk to girls that much and hence now feel like they are different in some way? There may be other uncovered reasons why and you may have to do some searching and really find out where the insecurities lie.

One things for sure though. There is a sure fire method of eliminating this fear an jumping over that barrier that is still holding you back. Holding you back in probably many other areas of your life too?
This method works on every other fear to and you may have heard of it. Just one word...

EXPOSURE. It is hard to fathom that this is all you need but managed correctly this should be all you need to overcome any fear. Try and go up to a girl you feel comfortable around even your sister if you have to and just talk to them. Ask them every question about women you have (well not every question) ,this should begin to get your confidence up and you should soon be able to talk to really beautiful women confidently. Don’t rush the process of exposure and gradually work up in incremental steps of what you feel comfortable with.

And remember that even the best get nervous at times, It is natural to get a little nervous so don’t beat yourself up about it.
