There are certain food items that hinder the elimination of belly fat. These foods are trans fats, processed food, sugar, and excessive salt. Trans fats and processed foods have a very high content of sugar and fats. Salt contains sodium, which can cause bloating, i.e. excessive water retention in the body.
Apart from exercising and following a balanced diet, you can try some other tricks to eliminate body fat. You should drink plenty of water, at least 8-10 glasses per day.
