Elementals
A trip through the dreamlike spirit world of the elementals.
Fly with me, fair weather maiden,
Upon the cold Norse wind,
Billow in a kiss from Heaven,
Fly away ne'er to return.
Sail with me on crystal seas,
To cross upon the ocean's swell,
Fear not ye, the raging seas,
Nor fear ye Death's knell.
I'll take you to the fiery realm
Of the Dragon's eastern shore,
Upon a breath of summer sun,
To the winter mists of long ago.
Ride with me, sweet bonny lass,
To the valley of the unicorn,
Within the spell the good witch cast,
On the day that you were born.
Sweet princess of the Elementals,
Embraced in fire and ice,
Fly beneath the wings of angels,
And breathe the air of life.
Shine the halo of your sun,
To sprinkle warmth upon the earth,
Then shine the halo of your moon,
To sparkle on a frosty breath.
Approve the beauty of the Mother,
She brings the gift of life
From the crystal clarity of her water,
To gently kiss the sands of time.
Leave footprints in the virgin snow,
Like whispers from the past,
That melt within a springtime thaw
To sing their burbling psalms.
Your spirit world is eternal,
Where seasons come and seasons go,
To ply their trade as elemantals
And welcome you back home.
So welcome home fair weather maiden,
Feel the terra firma beneath your feet,
If ever again you feel down heartened,
Just close your eyes and dream of me.
I'll stake your claim to Kingdom Come,
This world belongs to you,
You were born to rule this magical realm,
Where the sweetest dreams come true.
Rest your head on a petalled pillow
To sleep upon a dream,
Inhale the scent of summer meadow,
And sail away with me.
