6) Lakeway Swim Park – need a place to cool off? The Swim Park has a heated pool, a kiddie area with fountains and a water slide, a climbing wall, picnic tables, large shade umbrellas, a concessions area, CanyonLands Hiking and a new skate park.

7) Lake Travis ISD schools – the Lake Travis Independent School District has some of the best schools in Texas. From academic excellence to sports to music to theater to clubs and more, Lake Travis ISD schools have a lot to offer.

8) The Lakeway Spa & Resort – what once was a tired, old facility has been revamped into a great place for meetings and weekends at the lake. After a lot of money and months of work, the Lakeway Spa & Resort now has four beautiful pools, a spa, two restaurants and a 5,000 square foot ballroom for meetings, fundraisers, weddings and more. The balconies sit around 150 feet above Lake Travis and provide spectacular views.
