Eat Anti-Aging Foods To Prevent Wrinkles

Eating properly not only does a lot for your body's physical makeup, it also works wonders for your skin. Eating the proper amount of foods with antioxidant properties can not only make your skin healthier, it can also prevent wrinkles.
Preventing wrinkles CAN be something in your control. Wrinkles are pesky fine lines that start near your eyes and mouth, and sprout out to other parts of your face. Facial wrinkles are among the most dreaded traits one can possess going into their 40's and beyond. Facial wrinkles not only are controllable, but they are also avoidable if you eat properly and consume the right foods.

Antioxidants are discussed regularly on shows like Dr. Phil, Oprah, and all major news networks. They are ingredients in foods that get into the skin and penetrate the dead skin cells and rejuvenate the skin. Skin rejuvenation happens when the dead skin cells are pushed out from the skin and removed, therefore allowing new, strong skin cells to grow and take over. Antioxidants encourage this process, and if you pay attention, you too can ensure you eat the proper amount of antioxidants in your daily diet to do the best you can to prevent wrinkles.

Preventing wrinkles can begin with eating the following foods: broccoli, spinach, and tomatoes. Each contain a high amount of antioxidants, and are rather easy to find. Other foods, such as beers, carrots, and lettuce, also work for this same principle. It's not difficult finding foods such as the ones I mentioned in your grocers produce section. Just go there and pick the fresh batch and your on your way. Be sure to consume one portion every other day for optimal results.

Besides eating antioxidants, you can also ensure they are consumed by taking an anti-aging pill. Anti-aging pills are rather new on the market, but several companies have released them as a dietary supplement, adding it in a capsule form to peoples daily intake of vitamins such as vitamin C, multivitamin, vitamin e, and a diet pill. (And of course whatever prescription drugs they may be consuming.) Adding a daily capsule such as DermaCaps can be a rather rewarding experience, especially for those people who do not like to eat vegetables, or who are on the run with work and don't always get their proper vegetable intake. Be sure to do your own due diligence and find a supplement that fits your needs. Newer supplements are containing rare Chinese herbs, such as donkey hide gelatin and purple perilla. They are receiving a lot of press and seem to be marketing quite heavily. Make sure to give them a quick study to see if this is something of benefit to your daily regimen.

Wrinkles can be avoided. Be sure to heed to the above advice, and try to prevent wrinkles, instead of trying to correct wrinkles. Even strong wrinkle creams can't rid your face of the strongest and deepest fine lines that penetrate your skin. It simply is a battle you have to think about at an early age and attack it with grit and patience. Good luck in your quest to prevent wrinkles, and happy aging!
