Bloody Mary
Ingredients
  • 50ml or 1 large shot of vodka (pepper vodka)
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 3 to 8 dashes of Tabasco
  • 1 dash of port wine or red wine
  • 1 teaspoon of horseradish sauce
  • 2-3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • Lemon juice of 1/4 lemon
  • Pepper and salt (a grind)
  • a lemon slice
  • A stick celery
Procedure
Take a cocktail shaker and fill the half of it with ice. Add everything except celery stick and lemon slice. Shake well and strain it into another ice filled highball glass. Garnish the drink with celery stick and lemon slice and enjoy your perfect Bloody Mary!

Grey Goose Martini
Ingredients
  • 5 parts of Grey Goose Vodka
  • 2 parts of fresh lime juice
  • 1 part of triple sec
  • 1 dash of orange bitters
Procedure
To make this vodka martini recipe, take a cocktail shaker and fill the half of it with ice. Put all the above mentioned ingredients into the shaker, shake it well. Serve into a chilled cocktail glass and enjoy my favorite Grey Goose Martini!

Moscow Mule
Ingredients
  • 50 ml vodka
  • Lime juice or lemonade
  • Wedges of a lemon
  • Ginger ale or ginger beer
  • Ice, of course!
Procedure
Fill the highball with ice, pout in the vodka and add the lime juice into it. Put in some lemon wedges for that extra zest and lastly add ginger beer or ginger ale (whatever is available). Serve and enjoy! Well, you can subtract the ginger ale/beer factor to make an innovative vodka lemonade recipe! You can also make pineapple vodka recipes, using fresh pineapple and following the same procedure.

Harvey Wallbanger
Ingredients
  • One large shot of vodka
  • Small shot of galliano
  • Orange juice
  • An orange wedge
Procedure

Chocolate Vodka Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons vodka
  • 4 oz heavy cream
  • 12 oz pieces of semisweet chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Procedure
Heat up a small saucepan over medium heat and add butter, heavy cream, corn syrup and milk into it. Stir gently until it turns into a thin glaze. Make sure to not let the mixture to boil. Add vanilla extract and chocolate pieces to the pan and keep on stirring gently, until chocolate melts and the solution turns really smooth in texture. Lastly add the vodka and stop heating it. Let it cool and use this chocolate vodka sauce the way you like it! Over the vanilla ice cream for instance! Enjoy!

Vodka Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 3/4 lb chopped prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A can of roma tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 large garlic clove (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons each of fresh basil and parsley
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Pepper and salt to taste
Procedure
Take a large bowl and mix the vodka and pepper flakes together. Set it aside for about an hour. Heat a large skillet and put olive oil in it. Sauté minced garlic, basil, prosciutto, parsley, pepper and salt until the prosciutto turns brown in color. Then add the previously made vodka mixture into it and simmer for about 10 minutes. Now add crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce in it, also a can of water. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Lastly, add the heavy cream and cook more for 2 minutes. The vodka sauce is ready! Kicked Up Pasta Rags with Vodka Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 cup vodka sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh green peas (frozen will also do)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 sheets of pasta (crushed into pieces)
  • Parmesan cheese to garnish
Procedure
Cook pasta in boiling water till just al dente, that will take just over 2 minutes. Strain it in colander. Place it in a bowl, pour in the vodka sauce and toss well. Garnish generously with Parmesan cheese and savor!

Apple Vodka Omelet Flambé
Ingredients
  • 4 medium fresh apples
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple vodka
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Procedure
Peel and cut the apple in thin slices. Heat a medium saucepan and add butter in it. Add slices of apple, sugar, and cinnamon to it. Cook until the apples get tender and set it aside. Heat a medium-sized sauté pan with a tablespoon of oil. Take a bowl and whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, half of the vodka and salt. Make omelet of the mixture and when the eggs start to set add the apple mixture in the middle of the omelet. Fold the omelet and place it in a serving plate. Now it is the time to create the flambé! Add the remaining half of the vodka to the apples and let it get warm a bit (for 5 seconds). Carefully use a barbecue lighter and ignite the vodka fumes and put it over the omelet and enjoy this apple vodka omelet flambé!
