Easy To Cook Minced Meat Recipes

Here are some very easy-to-cook minced meat recipes. The meat can be of your own choice. I have cooked these recipes for my children when they were younger and they just love them. Now that they are studying and living on their own, they find these recipes very handy. (for the ingredients, you may adjust the quantity according to your choice)

Minced Beef Toast

3 eggs
2 tablespoons minced beef
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
Some Coriander leaves / Leeks (chopped)
3 chopped onions/Shallot

5 pcs sliced bread (any bread, even French loaf)

METHOD:
Mix well all the above except the bread.
Heat pan on medium heat and greased. Pour 2 spoonful of mixture onto pan.
Then put a piece of bread over and press.
Leave for 2-3 minutes. Then flip over. Let it rest for another 1-2 minutes.
Then serve with chili sauce/mayonnaise.

Steamed Minced Beef with Tofu

3 eggs
3 tablespoons minced beef
Salt
Pepper
Corinader / Leeks, chopped (optional)

Sliced tofu (Optional)

METHOD:
Mix well the above except tofu. Greased or rub some oil onto a bowl or steamed tray.
Pour the mixture into the bowl. Top with sliced tofu.
Heat up the steamer. Steam for 5-10 minutes.
If you don't have a steamer you can microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
Make sure to cover with cling film or put a cup of water together in the microwave.
The water will let out steam and this will help in the steaming process.
Served with rice or enjoy it on its own.

Minced Beef Cutlet

3 tablespoons minced beef
5 parboiled potatoes, mashed
½ teaspoon Salt
Pepper
Spring onion / scallions (chopped)
2 tablespoonful fried shallots (optional, but tastier if added)

2 eggs, beaten

METHOD =
Mixed all the above except the beaten eggs.
Shaped mixture into patties or ball shape, then lightly flatten.
Lightly dip in egg mixture and shallow fry in hot oil on medium heat.
Serve with salad or cucumber.
