Peach Freeze:
Ingredients
Milk (1/2 cup)
Sliced peaches (1 c.)
Sugar (1 teaspoon)
Preparation:
First, you need to pour the milk into an ice cube tray. Freeze this till it turns solid. Then take this milk cubes out from the tray and add them to the blender. Then, add the peaches and sugar into this blender. Fix the lid onto the blender and blend the ingredients at a high speed. Let the ingredients blend well till it turns smooth. Serve immediately.
Yummy Apple Pancake Recipe:
Ingredients
Pancake mix (2 cups)
Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
Water (1 cup)
Applesauce (1 cup)
Preparation:
First, you need to preheat a skillet to 375 degrees. Then, combine the pancake mix with some water, applesauce and cinnamon. Stir this combination till the ingredients blend well. Then, use some vegetable oil to lightly brush the skillet and follow this by pouring about ¼ cup batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook this for about a minute and then flip it over to cook the other side for another minute till it turns a shade of golden brown. This recipe can help you prepare 12 deliciously yummy pancakes.
Delicious Peanut Butter Muffins:
Ingredients
Eggs (2)
Milk (1 cup)
Banana - mashed with a fork (1/4 cup)
Peanut butter (1/4 cup)
Nonfat dry milk (1/4 cup)
Flour - 2 1/4 cup
Baking powder (1 1/2 teaspoon)
Baking soda (1 teaspoon)
Vegetable oil (1/3 cup)
Frozen apple juice concentrate - thawed (1/4 cup)
Nonstick spray
Preparation:
First, you need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then, take a small bowl and break some eggs in it. With the help of a fork, beat the eggs a little bit. Take a large bowl and combine peanut butter, milk, mashed banana, apple juice, vegetable oil, dry milk along with the egg mixture beaten earlier. Mix these ingredients till the mixture turns creamy.
Then, in a large bowl, add some flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix this well together. Then, use some nonstick spray inside the muffin tin. Now, spoon the muffin mix into this. Bake this preparation for about 15 minutes. Once you finish baking, remove these from the muffin tin and let them cool down. Once the muffins cool down, share it with all your friends and family.
Spicy Beans Recipe:
Ingredients:
Peanut oil/macadamia nut (2 teaspoons)
Onions - diced finely (2)
Cloves garlic – crushed (2)
Ginger – grated (2 teaspoons)
Coriander – ground (1 tablespoon)
Cumin – ground (2 teaspoons)
Turmeric – ground (1 teaspoon)
Garam masala (2 teaspoons)
Tomato juice (1 cup)
Coriander - chopped (3 tablespoons)
Red capsicum - cut into strips (1/2)
Tomatoes - peeled and chopped (3)
Chickpeas – cooked (2 cups)
Green beans – trimmed (500 g)
Preparation:
Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the ginger, garlic and onion over medium heat for a duration of 2 minutes. Then, add all the spices along with the capsicum and tomatoes. Cook this with constant stirring for a period of at least 5 minutes. Then, add the chickpeas and the tomato juice. Let this mixture come to a boil. Once done, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then, add the green beans and let it simmer for around 5-10 minutes. Once done, add the chopped coriander to preparation.
