  • Popcorn, 2 quarts (popped)
  • Butter, ¼ cup (molten)
  • Lemon pepper seasoning, 1 tsp.
  • Dry pimientos, 1 tsp.
  • Garlic powder, ½ tsp.
  • Onion powder, ½ tsp.
  • Cayenne pepper, ¼ tsp.
  • Salt, to taste
Procedure
Just add the butter to the popcorn and toss for a moment. Next throw in the other ingredients and mix really well and then place the entire corn in the microwave in an oven safe dish. Bake at 300° F until it becomes crisp as per your preference and the aroma fills up your nostrils. It really can't get easier than this. Now scram for that match!

Spicy Cheese Popcorn

  • Tabasco sauce, 2 tsp.
  • Garlic salt, 1 tsp.

  • Popcorn, 1 packet (popped)
  • Vanilla brick, 1
  • Chocolate bits, 1 cup
  • Brown sugar, ¾ cup
  • Sugar syrup, ½ cup
  • Walnuts, ¼ cup (slivered)
  • Butter, ¼ cup
  • Vinegar, ½ tbsp.
  • Salt, ¼ tsp.
Procedure
Take a cooking pan and add butter, vinegar, sugar syrup, salt and the brown sugar. Now keep ladling until the sugar becomes molten and thick. Keep the popcorn hot inside the oven until the sugar mixture is ready. Pour the sugar mixture on the popcorn and thoroughly mix so that the corns get uniformly coated. Throw in the chocolate bits along with the walnuts, toss and the pour the corns into to square shaped pans, and see to it that they are uniformly laid out and well packed together. Now refrigerate until the popcorn bar are all firm and well set. Use a sharp knife, preferably a meat cutting knife, to cut out about 10 rectangles in each pan.
