Method

  • In a mixing bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, beaten eggs, cheese, garlic, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Make a dough with this mixture.
  • Roll the meat into medium-sized balls.
  • Bake the balls on a cookie sheet, that is greased with olive oil, till they are no longer pink in color.
