Grape Nuts Breakfast Bars
Ingredients
Three cups of grapes nut cereal
A cup of semi-skimmed or skimmed milk
A cup of applesauce - remember to go for the unsweetened one
A cup of your favorite dried fruit - chopped to raisin size
Two table spoons of vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix the ingredients and pour the mixture into a non stick cookware. Bake the mixture for about 35 minutes in an oven. Temperature of the oven should be maintained at about 350 0 Fahrenheit. Once the mixture gets firm, allow it to cool down for sometime and cut into squares.
Curried Eggs
Ingredients
10-12 half-sliced hardboiled eggs
Butter and flour - 4 tablespoons each
Milk - 2 cups and curry powder -2 teaspoons
Cream - 6 tablespoons
Salt and white pepper according to taste
Preparation
For this easy healthy recipe, you can use a double boiler to melt the butter. Add flour and let the mixture cook for about 2 minutes. This mix would be the cream sauce. Stop cooking and add milk to the mixture slowly. Do not forget to keep stirring! Put the container back to be heated until the sauce thickens. Prepare a mixture of curry powder and cream and add it to the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Once the sauce has been prepared, place the half-sliced eggs in a casserole. The casserole should be buttered. Top the eggs with pimento strips. Now, pour the sauce all over and make sure the sauce reaches the bottom of the casserole. Now, all you have to do is to bake the mixture at 400 0 F for about 20 minutes. Serve hot!

Ingredients
Bacon - 12 slices
Margarine and all purpose flour - 2/3 cups each
Milk - 7 to 8 cups
Baked potatoes - 4 of them, peeled and cubed
Green onions - 4 pieces, chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese - 1 to ¼ cups
Sour cream - 1 cup
Salt and black pepper - 1 teaspoon each
Preparation
Start with medium heat to cook the slices of bacon in a non-stick frying pan. Cook until they turn brown and thereafter set it aside. Do remember to drain and crumble before setting it aside. You can use a pot that is used for preparing soup stock, for melting the margarine over medium heat. Whisk the margarine smooth with flour. Add milk to it gradually and keep on stirring until you get a thick paste. Add potatoes and onions and boil the mixture.
Boil the mixture at a low temperature and add bacon, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Continue stirring and when you see that the cheese is melting, it's time to serve the soup and enjoy its taste!

Onion - 1, finely chopped
Grape nuts - ¼ cup
Butter or margarine - 2 tablespoons
Preparation
The macaroni can be cooked according to the directions provided on the package. Prepare a smooth mix of celery, softened cream cheese and milk in casserole dish. Add tuna, garlic, dry mustard and onion to the mix. Now stir this mixture in cooked macaroni. Spread mixture of melt margarine and grape nuts on top of casserole. Bake in about 375 0 F for 45 minutes, before serving.
