Condensed Milk, 1 can
Biscuits and Crackers, 16 pieces
Marshmallows, 16 pieces
Cherries, 1 cup
Dried Fruits, ¼ cup (sliced)
~ Cut the marshmallows and the cherries in half or chop them roughly. You could also add some chopped dried fruits and jelly pieces to this mixture.
~ Take a huge bowl and mix all these ingredients thoroughly.
~ Pour it in the condensed milk and stir the mixture till it becomes sticky. Do not let it get dry. Add some milk if the mixture seems to dry.
~ Take a baking tray and cover it in foil. Spread this mixture evenly in the tray, with the help of a spatula.
~ Sprinkle the thinly-sliced dried fruits to cover the entire tray.
~ Allow the mixture to set in the fridge for about 2 hours.
~ Cut them into slices of your desired shape.
Digestive Biscuits, 20
Butter, 1 cup
Jelly pieces, 1 cup
Dried Fruits, 1 cup (chopped)

~ In a deep dish, put out a thin layer of the crushed biscuits. Spread some chopped dried fruits, jelly pieces and chopped cherry pieces on the biscuit layer.
~ Next, put a layer of whipped cream and keep the dish in the fridge.
~ Allow the layers to become firm for about an hour. Remove the dish and repeat the same procedure.
~ Again, allow the dessert to set for about an hour. This will give you a nice two-tiered cake.
~ For decoration, spread some strawberry or raspberry jelly on the top layer.

Pie Crust, 1
Chocolate Chips or Chopped Chocolate, 1 cup
Ready-made Brownie Mix, 1 packet
Water, ¼ cup
Egg Whites, 2
Ice Cream of your choice
~ In a bowl, mix water with the egg whites and whip them together.
~ Add the melted chocolate and the brownie mix to this mixture and thoroughly beat together.
~ Pour this mixture into the pie crust.
~ You can even add dried cherries soaked in red wine.
~ Allow the pie to bake for about 40 minutes at 375 degrees or till the crust turns a lovely brown. Set aside to cool.
~ Slice the pie and top it with the ice cream of your choice. Vanilla and chocolate chip ice creams are safe bets.
~ You can even top the pie with whipped cream instead of ice cream.
Mexican Chocolate, 3 disks
Unsalted Butter, ¼ cup
Whipped Cream, ½ cup
~ Take a thick-bottomed pan and add in the chopped chocolate.
~ Add butter to the pan and stir. Allow the chocolate and the butter to mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
~ Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and whisk the yolks. Pour the yolks in a thin stream steadily into the bowl of chocolate and butter.
~ Whisk the egg whites and start stirring them into the chocolate mixture lightly.
~ Prepare the soufflé cups by buttering them and dusting them with powdered sugar.
~ Pour the mixture into soufflé cups.
~ Bake the cups into a preheated oven. Bake the cups till the top layer rises and becomes crusty.
~ Allow the cups to cool a little and top them with whipped cream.
~ Add a glazed cherry on the top or add some chocolate chips on top of the cream and enjoy this wonderful dessert.
