Easy Crock Pot Recipes
Here are a few crock pot recipes that are easy to make and delicious to eat.

Crock Pot Chicken Tortillas
Required Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ½ a cup of green chili salsa
- 2 tablespoons of quick cooking tapioca
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 ½ cup of grated cheese
- A dozen corn tortillas
- Some black olives
- Tear the chicken into bite size pieces and mix with soup, chili, salsa and tapioca.
- Then line the bottom of the crock pot with 3 corn tortillas, torn into bite size pieces.
- Add ⅓ of the chicken mixture, onion and grated cheese.
- Repeat the layers of the tortillas topped with the chicken mixture, cheese and onions.
- Once this is done, cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Use sliced black olives for garnishing.
Required Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- ½ a teaspoon of salt
- ⅛ teaspoon of pepper
- 2 medium onions (chopped)
- A can of stewed tomatoes
- ½ a cup of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of water
- Place the chops in a crock pot and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Then add green pepper, onions and tomatoes.
- After that is done, mix vinegar, ketchup, sugar, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and bouillon and pour this mixture over the veggies.
- Cook this on a low flame for 5 to 6 hours.
- Then mix cornstarch and water and stir into the liquid. Turn on high and cook the mixture for another 30 minutes.
Required Ingredients
- 8 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- An 8 oz. bottle of catalina salad dressing.
- 1 envelope of dry mix onion soup.
- A 10 oz. jar of apricot
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Then pour the remaining ingredients on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook the mixture for 6 to 8 hours on a low flame.
Required Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- ½ a cup of sugar
- tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ a cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- ¾ cup of peanut butter flavored chips
- ¾ cup of sugar
- ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups of boiling water
- ½ a cup of chunky peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
- Put ½ a cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and baking powder in a mixing bowl and then add the milk, vanilla and oil. Stir the mixture until the batter is smooth.
- Now stir in the peanut butter pieces and spread the batter in the bottom of a greased crock pot.
- Now take another mixing bowl and combine ¾ cup of sugar with ¼ cup of cocoa powder.
- Stir together boiling water and peanut butter, stir in the cocoa mixture too.
- After that is done, pour the mixture evenly over the batter in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on a high flame for 2 to 2 ½ hours.
- Let it stand uncovered for about 30 to 40 minutes till it cools slightly.
