Simple Cake Mix Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package cake mix, whichever flavor you like
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter or vegetable oil
- Powdered sugar
- Mix together the cake mix, butter and eggs, and stir well till it becomes smooth.
- Make small balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
- Place the balls on an ungreased cookie sheet or a baking pan.
- Bake the cookies for about 8 - 10 min in a preheated oven till they turn slightly brown.
- Cool the cookies for 5 minutes before removing from the sheet. Then allow the cookies to cool completely by placing on a wire rack.
Vanilla Cake Mix Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package Devil's food cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- Softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix together butter, cream cheese, egg and vanilla extract, and blend the mixture well.
- Add the cake mix and blend well till the mixture gets a smooth texture.
- Make small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 350°F.
- Cool thoroughly before serving.
