Ingredients
- Pineapple crushed (undrained), 8 oz
- Instant coconut pudding, 3 ½ oz
- Pie filling mix, 3 ½ oz
- Milk, 3.4th oz
- Dairy sour cream, ½ cup
- Blend crushed pineapple juice and milk in a processor.
- Refrigerate for several hours.

Ingredients
- Softened cream cheese, 8 oz
- Cooked shredded chicken breasts, 2 ½ cups
- Grated cheddar cheese, 1 ½ cup
- Sliced onion, 1 bunch
- Chopped black olives, 4.5 oz
- Chopped green chillies, 4.5 oz
- Flour tortillas, 10
- Beat cream cheese until it becomes smooth.
- Stir onion, olives, cheese, and chicken into the mixture.
- Spread it over the flour tortillas and then roll up.
- Cover it with a plastic wrap. Chill for 2 hours and then discard a portion from the ends.
- Serve it with sour cream and guacamole.
Ingredients
- Hard-boiled eggs, 6
- Dry Mustard, 1 tsp
- Celery, 1 small stalk
- Minced paprika, 1 small stalk
- Mayonnaise, 3 tsp
- Slice the eggs lengthwise in two halves.
- Scoop out the yolks and dip in little amount of mayonnaise and then in celery and dry mustard.
- Flip the egg whites and then fry them. Repeat the same for the other side.
- Stuff the hollow side with the yolk by transferring with a spoon.

Curried Chicken Almond Rolls
Ingredients
- Cooked chicken chopped, 1 cup
- Mayonnaise, 1 cup
- Monterey shredded cheese, 3/4th cup
- Finely chopped almonds, 1/3 cup
- Chopped parsley, 1/4th cup
- Curry powder, 2 tsp
- Chopped onion, 2
- Lemon juice, ½ tsp
- Melted butter, 1/4th cup
- Brown sandwich bread, 18 slices
- Combine all the ingredients mentioned above. Mix them well and fry under low heat. Cover the fried stuff for 15 minutes.
- Trim the sides of bread and spread the chicken mixture on each side. Roll up the breads.
- Cut the rolled piece from the center and then secure with a toothpick.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with melted butter.
- Bake at 375 degree for 15 minutes and then serve hot. Garnish with sauce and fries.

- Chopped mushroom, 1 pound
- Fresh bread crumbs, ½ cup
- Finely chopped onion, 1
- Grated cheddar cheese, 2 sticks
- Walnuts, ½ cup
- Chopped parsley leaves, ½ cup
- Salt, 1/4th tsp
- Butter, 6 tsp
- Melt butter in a frying pan and put the mushroom tops on it.
- Roast the walnuts until they releases aroma. Let them cool and then chop finely into pieces.
- Now heat the butter once again to saute the stems of the mushrooms.
- Remove them and do the stuffing with rest of the ingredients.
- Make a mound, like a cap on the head with bread crumbs and then put cheddar cheese on it.
- Bake them for sometime till the cheese melts and the mushrooms turn golden brown.
- Top with salads and sauce. Serve it hot.
