There is also disappearance of breast tenderness and soreness, and the woman no longer feels like she is pregnant. Sometimes, the woman cannot even sense the movements of the baby for a long time. If any of these symptoms are observed, it is better to consult the doctor.

# Pelvic Pain/Cramping
Lower pelvic pain, cramping and painful contraction are also among the early miscarriage symptoms. This cramping is similar to the one that a woman experiences during menstruation. Cramping in early pregnancy can even lead to difficulty in breathing. It is an ordinary symptom experienced during pregnancy and is not always related to miscarriage. But you need to consider it an emergency, if the cramping becomes frequent and is accompanied by bleeding. You should remember that pelvic pain is also a symptom of other complications like the ectopic pregnancy or Ovarian cyst.

You must keep a check on the miscarriage signs in early pregnancy. When you observe any of the above symptoms, you need not panic, but it is advisable to visit the gynecologist and take his opinion as quickly as possible. The doctor will also advice you to undertake pregnancy tests. There may be either of the results. You may have a normal pregnancy or there can be chances of a miscarriage. If a woman has a miscarriage, she must take care of herself. Remember, that having a miscarriage does not prevent future chances of pregnancy.
