Dying Skies

Facing another night alone.
The fading sky,
Still blue,
Albeit bathed in pink
Now cast
From fluffy, dancing clouds
That
Bounce across a distant sky
Soon to be covered
By
Creeping shadows
Falling cross the plain
And catching my eye
As mountain peaks
Scrapping
Fade into now faint pink blue sky
As another day
Decides to die.
