Dungeons & Dragons Slot Machine

A review of Dungeons and dragons online slot machine.
Based on the enduringly popular role play game, players in the Dungeons and Dragons online slot machine must tackle monsters and fortresses if they want the chance to win the top prize of £250,000. Players take on the role of one of three brave warriors before beginning the game: Varick, Raelyn or Tordek.

Featuring five reels and twenty pay lines, the lines can be played in multiples of five with a bet of between one and five credits per line, giving you the chance to play a stake suitable for you. The Crystal Ball wild symbol substitutes all symbols apart from the scatter and bonus symbol. The Magic Dice works as both the scatter and bonus symbols.

Dungeons and Dragons also features a Fortress of Fortunes bonus game, which is accessible when a bonus symbol appears on any three reels. You'll enter the game with an award multiplier and a number of free spins that's based on your number of bonus symbols that initiated the game. But before you start spinning, you have the opportunity to gain more free spins and multipliers while in the Fortress Dungeon.

Starting at the top level of the Fortress Dungeon, your location in the dungeon is marked by an image of your chosen character. Make your way through the chambers by selecting one of the arrows at each doorway. By entering a dungeon room you will automatically interact with the object within. One of five possible items can be found in the chamber:

Golden Chalice
Each golden chalice has a listed number of spins that will be added to your total.

Treasure Chest
Collecting a treasure chest will increase your bonus multipliers by the listed amount.

Enchanted Weapon
The appearance of each enchanted weapon varies with your selected hero, though each hero has the same chance of defeating a monster. Finding one will increase your hero's strength, important for battles against any monsters you may encounter.

Stairway
Entering a room at the start of a stairway will cause you to descend to the next level of the dungeon. These stairs are protected by a spell to prevent you returning to an upper chamber.

Monster
Monsters are guardians of the treasure chests and are designed to shorten your exploration. Whenever you meet a monster, a battle will automatically follow. To get the treasure and continue your adventure, you must defeat the monster and defeating the Dragon in the deepest level will earn you an extra 4x multiplier before you continue to the Fortress Free Spins. Failing to vanquish the monster will cause your adventure to end and you will proceed to the Fortress Free Spins.

When you enter a chamber that contains a monster, you are given the first opportunity to attack. To launch the attack, roll the d20 die. For the attack to succeed, the number you roll, plus your hero's strength added together must be higher than or equal to the monster's strength. The minimum value on the die required is displayed below the fighters. The monsters will become stronger the deeper you go into the dungeon.

Dungeons and Dragons fans will no doubt be impressed with the quality of the sound effects and imagery, including slot symbols of a copper dragon, the Fortress of Fortunes and a Dungeons and Dragons dice. Both D&D fans and fans of other role playing games will especially enjoy the bonus game.
