Dubai Marina is Top Dubai Property Hotspot

A recent survey has revealed that Dubai Marina is still top of the list of property hotspots in the region, followed by Jumeirah Lake Towers and Palm Jumeirah. These were found to be the top three most sought-after locations for buying or renting property in Dubai in the month of August (2009).

With the off-plan market having suffered recently, there has been increased demand in finished properties in Dubai to buy or rent and these top three highly favourable locations have had quite a lot of availability.

In the number one spot, Dubai Marina has become more affordable in terms of property sales or rental with prices having decreased. Whilst the marina has been Dubai’s top location for quite some time now, the area’s attraction has been even more improved during the last few months with the introduction of some excellent new cafes, restaurants and many other amenities.

The other best locations for Dubai property as reflected in Augusts survey, are International City, The Greens, Mirdiff, Jumeriah Beach Residences and Discovery Gardens. These are the usual favorite locations for buying or renting property.
