The size of the sprayer's nozzle and the distance between you and the wall are important factors that will have an impact on the texture that will be created. You must also remember to be fast while spraying the textured compound to the walls. Allow the first coat to dry before spraying again. Generally a day is enough for it to dry completely. You can then paint the wall with a color that goes well with the decor.

Swirl Texture
You could try the sand swirl or perlite swirl textures to give an amazing finish to your walls. You need to use a trowel and move it in a swirling motion to create this kind of a textured look. For the sand swirl texture, you need to add water and white quartz sand to the joint compound. You need to apply this mixture using a trowel, so make sure that the consistency is thick. You can also use another method. After putting two coats, use a cardboard and move it over the wall in different directions to create unique patterns. Another texture is the mud swirl where uniform swirls are made over the entire wall.
