Drum Lessons For Beginners
In the drum lesson explained here, you need to use both your hands and your feet. You need to sit down in a comfortable position, and preferably there should be a table in front of you. Start tapping the table with your right hand. As you do so, constantly count the taps you're making like "one two three four...... one two three four....." in order to maintain the beat. Once you've developed a rhythm for doing this, tap your left hand instead of the right hand every time that you count "three". Continue this beat for a while till you get comfortable with it. The nest step is to get the bass drum stimulation. Tap your feet with each count now, along with your right hand and left hand. This will require some time in order for you to get the coordination right. If you find it hard to do, begin by tapping your foot once every four beats and then gradually proceed to once every two beats, and then finally with every beat.

To become an expert drummer you will eventually need to practice on a real drum set, and it would also be better to learn from a teacher physically, since different types of music have different needs for drums. Alternately, there are many online drum lessons for beginners as well, which can help you pick up this skill.
