Installing Drop Ceiling Lights
To install the drop ceiling lights all that you need is a measuring tape, a drywall saw, wire nuts and lights along with some additional wires.
- Remove the tile and rest it on the saw horses. Measure and mark the location of the lights.
- Put the housing of the light onto the ceiling tile and draw a raw line just near the base of the housing to get the accurate size of the hole.
- Stab out the hole with the help of the drywall saw, now install the light housing in the hole and fix it with the help of the black clips that come along with the lights.
- Finally, reinstall the drop ceiling tile as well as the trim to the ceiling. Hook the wires and install the bulb to the light housing.
