Drew Barrymore Plays the Field

Most recently Barrymore was spotted with director Spike Jonze. It was first reported that the two were romantically involved about four-months ago and they were spotted Tuesday looking more than friendly. A source said that Barrymore and Jonze were spotted catching a Klaxons show at the El Rey Theater. The two were reportedly spotted making out in the VIP booth. An onlooker said that they looked very comfortable with one another and said it definitely looked as if they were intimately involved.

Last week it was reported that Barrymore was spotted in New York with Scrubs star Zach Braff. The two were first rumored to be romancing in February after they were spotted looking cozy after a Saturday Night Live afterparty. They were spotted in June 30 at the New York City hotspot Beauty Bar. A source reportedly said that there was a "moment when they kissed and it seemed almost blissful." The two were spotted again on July 3 walking through SoHo. A source said that Braff wrapped his arms around Barrymore and it was "definitely romantic."

Barrymore has been single since splitting from Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti in January. The couple dated off and on for five years before finally calling it quits. Shortly after that Barrymore was quoted as saying that dating is tough. She said that she feels as if you should be able to "give someone your heart and trust them and not be cynical." She went on to say, "At the same time, I think being independent and strong and happy on your own and by yourself, it's probably what will make you a better lover. Because you'd be less needy. So I'm for both." Seems like she is enjoying a little bit of playing the field.
